Amanda
Nabors
Amanda graduated from Ball State University in
Muncie, Indiana in December of 2005 with a double
major in Journalism/Advertising and Sociology.
She moved to Washington from Columbus, Indiana in
April of 2006, and currently lives in Lakewood. She
was born in Little Rock, Arkansas and moved to
Indiana when she was eight.
Amanda came to the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget
Sound in March of 2008 in search of a more
meaningful-and closer-career. Before, she worked for
the Kitsap Sun in Bremerton where she was an
employment and retail advertising account executive.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling the Pacific
Northwest, exploring things to do in the area, and
spending time with her friends. Although, when she
can find the time to go back east, she especially
enjoys spending time with her family, who are
scattered from Arkansas to Indiana to Georgia.
