Corporate Board:

The Board of Directors for Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound is a group of 51 dedicated volunteers that make up the Corporate Board.  Assisted by the President / CEO, they are responsible for determining the goals and objectives that lead to the fulfillment and Mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs organization.  The Board of Directors is responsible for the fiscal stability and the determination of all policies for the organization.  The Board of Directors stand as advocates in the community for Boys & Girls Clubs of South Puget Sound.  They have shown continued dedication to the organization and an exceptional commitment to the youth of the community.

Executive Board:

Of the 51 Corporate Board Members there is a select group of 21, which make up the Executive Board.  The Executive Board members are the voting body which determine all major actions and decisions for the organization.
